I have only just realised that those wee plastic clips that come with new men’s shirts make great paper clips.
And I was clearing out the bathroom cupboard when I found an ancient half-empty bottle of handcream. Having run out of leather cleaner for my boots I thought ‘why not give this a go?’. So I did and it worked brilliantly.
When it runs out I might be minded to buy the cheapest handcream I can find and use that instead of expensive leather polish!
